How it works

  1. 1

    Discuss your needs and quote

A lawyer advises on entity type, capital and business lines and gives a fixed quote the same day.

  2. 2

    Prepare and sign documents

Justix drafts the file; you only need to review and sign. Usually 1–2 days.

  3. 3

    File the application

Filed with the Business Registration Office. Results within 3 working days of a valid application.

  4. 4

    Receive the certificate and seal

Justix collects the results, makes the seal and delivers them to you.

  5. 5

    Post-incorporation steps

We guide you through the bank account, digital signature, e-invoices and first tax obligations.

What you need to prepare

  • ID cards or passports of members/shareholders
  • Proposed company name (ideally 2–3 options)
  • Head office address
  • Charter capital and each person’s contribution
  • Intended business lines

Timeline

5–7 working days, including the company seal

Justix’s part: 1–2 days to prepare the file. The registration office’s part: 3 working days from a valid application, longer if amendments are requested.

Fees

A fixed fee is quoted after a lawyer reviews your file, including government fees, and agreed in writing before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum capital requirement?

Most business lines have no minimum capital. Some conditional business lines require legal capital; a lawyer will check the lines you register.

Can I use an apartment as the head office?

No. Residential apartments cannot be used as a company’s head office. A private house with a clear address can be used.
