In our dealings with clients and partners, we act in good faith, respect legitimate interests and never take advantage of another person’s lack of information or difficult circumstances for our own gain.

Justix continually researches, updates its knowledge and learns from practice to improve the quality of its advice. We take care to recruit capable lawyers and experts, and invest in training so that every practice area is led by people with strong expertise. When we find a shortcoming in our own work, Justix says so openly, takes responsibility and puts it right.

Service quality must stay consistent from the moment we receive a request until the work is complete.

Before starting work, Justix discusses with clients the scope of work, the approach, the risks, the costs and any factors that may affect how the matter unfolds. We set out honestly the strengths, the weaknesses and any points that do not yet have enough basis for a conclusion; we do not hide risks or make unfounded promises to win business. Any change to the work or costs must be notified, explained and clearly agreed. Clients need full information to weigh their options and choose.
