Profile

Nguyen Xuan Thang has more than 36 years of experience in criminal litigation. Before founding Justix, he was Head of the General Investigation Team at the Phuc Tho District Police, Hanoi, which gave him a thorough understanding of criminal procedure and how cases are built.

He is now Director and Managing Lawyer of Justix, personally defending clients in criminal cases, including large multi-defendant economic cases, and mentoring the firm’s younger lawyers.

    An 18-defendant case in which the indictment cited system-wide revenue of nearly VND 6.7 trillion. Our defence focused on individualising liability and separating the execution of management orders from our client’s own intent.
