Lê Duy Định

Mr. Le Duy Dinh leads Litigation Team 01 at Justix. His work focuses on criminal, civil, land, and marriage and family matters.

His education at the Vietnam Court Academy and professional training at the Judicial Academy have provided him with a foundation in court proceedings, procedural law and case analysis. In his work, he emphasises careful review of case files, assessment of evidence and analysis of the parties’ arguments to help develop appropriate approaches to protecting clients’ lawful rights and interests.

Alongside his work at Justix, Mr. Dinh participates in teaching, contributes to professional discussions at legal conferences, and writes legal research articles for journals and conferences. These activities support his ongoing study of legal developments and different interpretations and applications of the law, strengthening his reasoning when working on cases.

He places importance on establishing the basis for each assessment, identifying potential points of dispute, and evaluating proposed approaches against the facts, available evidence and clients’ objectives.
